I’m Meg, one of the creative directors. Like a true millennial, I don’t like to box myself in when I define what I do, so I normally mumble something about writing, training, naming and tone of voice.
Before Schwa, I was part of a digital experience consultancy (!) which really made me realise that language is just one part of a bigger puzzle, and the best bit is seeing how it fits. And besides, behind words like ‘content, ‘architecture’ and ‘microcopy’, good communication is good communication – wherever it lives.
My favourite behavioural study has to be the one where the pre-schoolers beat the business school grads at building towers.
